You will need to be capable of the full range of duties including but not limited to, reading and scaling blueprints and cabinet layouts, measuring models and some production as needed, designing/detailing in CAD, multitasking several projects at the same time, checking other projects for mistakes, releasing jobs to the shop, making changes and corrections to existing jobs, etc.
